Party Policy :
- We would required a 50% deposit to be make in order to secure your reservation.
- The Host must confirm at least (14) days before the party date.
- Final Confirmation & Full Payment must be made (7) days before the party date.
- Wulala Kidzland reserves the right to decline any party event bookings.
- No last minute cancellation occurs, the money will be counted as burn.

Additional Charging :
- Vomiting or spilling food on the premises will incur a cleaning fee. (Depending on the situation, but will not be fined more than RM100)
- Spilling food or beverages or vomiting in the playground will incur additional cleaning fees. (Considered by circumstances, but will not be fined more than RM200)
- Overtime will be charged RM150 per hour.
- Damaged items will be compensated at the original price.
